Guests braved the unseasonable warmth to explore the wilds of Central Park, New York City and learn from our foraging expert Journei Bimwala about how to foster a relationship with the wilderness and mixology.
After their experience in Central Park, guests continued their evening at the NYC-restaurant The Ellington. They were greeted with “The Navigated Fox,” a specialty cocktail made with the foraged ingredients and developed by our influencer-mixologist, Ivy Mix. Chief Executive Officer, Ali Anderson, welcomed the group and highlighted Fox & Oden’s commitment to sustainability. As guests sipped, they were able to get a deeper understanding about Fox & Oden, and how the brand lives the ideals of responsible stewardship of nature in its practices.
Finally, Ivy walked the group through an interactive cocktail lesson showcasing “Through the Trees,” another specialty cocktail made with the foraged ingredients (recipe below). Throughout the experience, our team supported the message of sustainability and connecting with the wilderness, with sustainably packaged Boxed water, gift bags with a bottle of Fox & Oden, a foraging guidebook, and cocktail cards.
